Maintenance Plans*
S.M.A.R.T. Plan	$99.95/year
For $99.95 per year, TCT COMPUTER SOLUTIONS will come out to your home or office whenever required, or make minor adjustments to your malfunctioning computer**. If the problem has a simple solution, we will fix it on the spot. If more extensive trouble shooting or repairs are required, for example a hard drive replacement, driver update, or software reinstall, we will inform you about the nature and extent of the additional work we recommend, and we will provide you with an estimate of the cost. Once you authorize the additional labor and/or parts required, we will complete the job. If you do not wish us to perform the recommended additional work, there will be no further charges for the visit.
Computer Solutions Maintenance Agreements	call for quote
Complete computer and network support at a reduced rate for a fixed monthly charge. The higher the committed service level, the lower the hourly rate for contract and/or excess hours. Additional discounts are available for credit card or EFT billing or for annual payments in advance.

**In order to accurately diagnose your problem, we may be required to bring your system back to our office for more extensive diagnosis. If we do, we will return it to you and hook it back up at the completion of diagnosis and any subsequent repair work.
